Regulations for the provision of electronic services TLB ONLINE SP. Z OO

§ 1. General information

  1. This document constitutes the regulations for providing Consultations using means of distance communication and the regulations for the Newsletter.

  2. The Regulations constitute a model contract within the meaning of Article 384 of the Civil Code and fulfil the obligation specified in Article 8, paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.

  3. Before ordering the Service, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

  4. Acceptance of the Regulations is voluntary, but necessary to conclude an agreement for the provision of Services on the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.

  5. The provision of personal data by the Service Recipient is voluntary, but necessary to order and implement the Consultation or Newsletter.

  6. UsÅ‚ugobiorca – osoba fizyczna, osoba prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna nieposiadajÄ…ca osobowoÅ›ci prawnej, która zawarÅ‚a z UsÅ‚ugodawcÄ… umowÄ™ o Å›wiadczenie UsÅ‚ug.

  7. Konsument – osoba fizyczna, która dokonuje zakupu do celów, które nie sÄ… bezpoÅ›rednio zwiÄ…zane z jej dziaÅ‚alnoÅ›ciÄ… gospodarczÄ… lub zawodowÄ….

  8. PrzedsiÄ™biorca na prawach konsumenta – osoba fizyczna zawierajÄ…ca umowÄ™ bezpoÅ›rednio zwiÄ…zanÄ… z jej dziaÅ‚alnoÅ›ciÄ… gospodarczÄ…, gdy z treÅ›ci tej umowy wynika, że nie posiada ona dla niej charakteru zawodowego, wynikajÄ…cego w szczególnoÅ›ci z przedmiotu wykonywanej przez niÄ… dziaÅ‚alnoÅ›ci gospodarczej, udostÄ™pnionego na podstawie przepisów o Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o DziaÅ‚alnoÅ›ci Gospodarczej.

  11. UsÅ‚ugi – UsÅ‚uga Newslettera oraz UsÅ‚uga Konsultacji.

  12. Umowa – umowa o Å›wiadczenie usÅ‚ug.

  13. UsÅ‚ugi Konsultacyjne / Konsultacje – usÅ‚ugi doradcze wymienione na Stronie, Å›wiadczone przez UsÅ‚ugodawcÄ™ na rzecz UsÅ‚ugobiorcy przy wykorzystaniu Å›rodków porozumiewania siÄ™ na odlegÅ‚ość, m.in. przez telefon, program do rozmów online lub komunikatory spoÅ‚ecznoÅ›ciowe.

  14. UsÅ‚uga Newslettera – nieodpÅ‚atna UsÅ‚uga Elektroniczna, polegajÄ…ca na dostarczaniu przez UsÅ‚ugodawcÄ™ na podany przez UsÅ‚ugobiorcÄ™ adres e-mail cyklicznych Informacji Handlowych, marketingowych, wiadomoÅ›ci o najnowszych publikacjach na blogu i profilach spoÅ‚ecznoÅ›ciowych UsÅ‚ugodawcy, nowinek ze Å›wiata marketingu i sprzedaży, case study z marketingu i sprzedaży oraz wydarzeÅ„ z życia TLB Online sp. z o.o.

  15. Informacja Handlowa –  informacja handlowa w rozumieniu art. 9 Ustawy o Å›wiadczeniu usÅ‚ug drogÄ… elektronicznÄ…, zawierajÄ…ca oznaczenie podmiotu, na którego zlecenie jest ona rozpowszechniana oraz jego adresy elektroniczne; wyraźny opis form dziaÅ‚alnoÅ›ci promocyjnej, w szczególnoÅ›ci obniżek cen, nieodpÅ‚atnych Å›wiadczeÅ„ pieniężnych lub rzeczowych i innych korzyÅ›ci zwiÄ…zanych z promowanÄ… usÅ‚ugÄ… lub wizerunkiem, a także jednoznaczne okreÅ›lenie warunków niezbÄ™dnych do skorzystania z tych korzyÅ›ci, o ile sÄ… one skÅ‚adnikiem oferty.

  16. Formularz Newslettera – formularz na noÅ›niku elektronicznym dostÄ™pny na Stronie, umożliwiajÄ…cy zÅ‚ożenie zamówienia na Newsletter.

  17. Formularz Konsultacji – formularz na noÅ›niku elektronicznym dostÄ™pny na Stronie, umożliwiajÄ…cy zÅ‚ożenie zamówienia na Konsultacje.

  18. WhatsApp – bezpÅ‚atna aplikacja umożliwiajÄ…ca szybkie, Å‚atwe oraz bezpieczne wysyÅ‚anie wiadomoÅ›ci i rozmowy gÅ‚osowe.

  19. SiÅ‚a Wyższa – zdarzenie o charakterze nagÅ‚ym lub nadzwyczajnym, niezależne od woli Stron Umowy , którego nie można byÅ‚o przewidzieć w chwili zawarcia Umowy oraz któremu nie można byÅ‚o zapobiec w trakcie jej wykonywania, a które ma znaczÄ…cy wpÅ‚yw na zobowiÄ…zania Stron, w szczególnoÅ›ci: pandemia, lockdown, awarie prÄ…du, awarie sieci telekomunikacyjnych, sieci informatycznych lub Internetu, awarie systemów, stany klÄ™ski żywioÅ‚owej, stan wyjÄ…tkowy, stan wojny.

  20. RODO – rozporzÄ…dzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w zwiÄ…zku z przetwarzaniem Danych Osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepÅ‚ywu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE.L. Nr 119).

  21. Ustawa o Å›wiadczeniu usÅ‚ug drogÄ… elektronicznÄ… – ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o Å›wiadczeniu usÅ‚ug drogÄ… elektronicznÄ… (t.j. Dz.U. 2020 poz. 344).

  22. Ustawa o ochronie baz danych – ustawa z dnia 27 lipca 2001 r. o ochronie baz danych (t.j. Dz.U. 2021 poz. 386).

  23. Prawo autorskie – ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (t.j. Dz.U. 2019 poz. 1231).

  24. Ustawa o prawach Konsumenta – ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta (t.j. Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz.287).

  25. KC – ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. - Kodeks cywilny (Dz.U. 1964 nr 16 poz. 93 ze zm.).

§ 3. Technical conditions

  1. To use the Electronic Services, the Service Recipient must meet the following technical conditions:

    1. a functional electronic device,

    2. connection to the Internet,

    3. a graphical web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies,

    4. an active and correctly configured e-mail account,

    5. software that allows you to conduct an online conversation.

  2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Service Recipient's failure to meet the technical requirements described in paragraph 1.

§ 4. Rules for the safe use of Electronic Services

  1. The Service Provider informs that the systems and applications used by the Service Provider ensure a high standard of security and protection of personal data. However, the Service Recipient should be aware that using the Electronic Service requires an Internet connection, which is associated with an increased risk of the following threats:

    1. receiving spam, i.e. unsolicited advertising (commercial) information sent electronically;

    2. infection of files by malware;

    3. exposure to cracking (security breaching) or phishing (password fishing).

  2. The Service Recipient should take care of their own data security and the security of their electronic devices used to access the Internet.

  3. The Service Provider recommends that the Service Recipient's electronic device has an antivirus program, a secure version of the Internet browser and an enabled firewall.

  4. The Service Recipient should check whether the operating system and programs installed on his/her electronic device have the latest updates.

§ 5. Rights and obligations of the Service Recipient

  1. The service recipient is obligated to:

    1. when placing an order for Consultations or Newsletter, provide data that is true, not misleading and does not violate the rights of third parties;

    2. update the data provided immediately after each change of this data;

    3. use the Electronic Services in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, the provisions of the Regulations and the customs and principles of social coexistence adopted in this respect;

    4. not to interfere with the content of the Newsletter message;

    5. not to forward a modified version of the Newsletter to third parties;

    6. comply with the copyright of the Service Provider in accordance with § 6 of the Regulations.

  2. The service recipient has the right to:

    1. withdrawal from the Agreement;

    2. complaints if the Service Provider does not provide the Consulting Services or the Newsletter Service, or provides them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations and applicable legal regulations;

    3. out-of-court complaint settlement in accordance with § 18 of the Regulations.

§ 6. Copyright

  1. All materials contained in the resources of the Website constituting works, including in particular: texts, logos, photos, infographics, navigation solutions, selection and arrangement of content and graphics, compilations, software and databases - are subject to protection under Copyright Law and the Database Protection Act.

  2. Copying, sharing and commercial distribution of the works listed in paragraph 1 of this section without the consent of the Service Provider is prohibited and is subject to both criminal and civil liability.

  3. Copying, using, or distributing the Website in whole or in part is prohibited.

§ 7. Consultation ordering process

  1. Consulting Services can be ordered by sending a request:

    1. to the e-mail address: kontakt@twojlepszybiznes.online,

    2. via the electronic form - contact or calendar - reservation on the Website,

    3. to your Social Profiles inbox,

    4. on the phone number: +48 730 042 547 or during a telephone conversation on this number,

    5. via WhatsApp +48 730 042 547

  2. The application should include at least:

    1. proposal for a Consultation date,

    2. choosing the form of Consultation – Google Meet,

    3. name and surname of the Service Recipient,

    4. e-mail address or telephone number for contact,

    5. name of the selected Consulting Service,

    6. a list of questions for the Service Provider or a list of issues requiring discussion.

  3. The Service Provider verifies the content of the received questions and sends the Service Recipient a quote for the Consulting Services and a potential date for their implementation or asks additional questions in order to clarify any doubts as to the content of the received notification.

§ 8. Payments

  1. The Service Recipient shall make the payment for the Consulting Services within the time limit specified by the Service Provider in the proforma invoice, to the following bank account: TLB ONLINE SP.   2. The Service Recipient indicates in the transfer title:

    1. your details (name and surname or company name, residential address or company registered office address),

    2. additional data necessary to issue a VAT invoice,

    3. name of the ordered Consultation.

  3. The Agreement for the provision of Consulting Services is concluded upon receipt of payment in the Service Provider's bank account, unless the Service Provider's offer provides otherwise.

  4. After receiving payment and providing the Consultation, the Service Provider issues a final VAT invoice.

  5. The Service Recipient consents to the issuance and delivery of a VAT invoice in electronic form to his/her e-mail address.

§ 9. Date and Form of Consultation

  1. The Service Provider sets a date for the Consultation within 48 hours from the moment the fee for Consulting Services is posted or after receiving confirmation of the transfer.

  2. Consultations take place in a form and at a time agreed by both Parties.

  3. The Consultation Date may change due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control and not attributable to him, in particular due to:

    1. Force majeure,

    2. health reasons,

    3. funeral of a loved one,

    4. failure of electronic equipment,

    5. disconnection from the Internet,

    6. reasons attributable to the Service Recipient.

  4. The Service Provider provides the reasons for changing the date along with a proposal for a new date for the Consultation.

§ 10. Withdrawal from the contract for the provision of Consulting Services

  1. The Service Recipient may withdraw from the agreement for the provision of Consulting Services within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, i.e. from the date on which the fee for Consultations is credited to the Service Provider's bank account.

  2. A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the Agreement without giving reasons within the time limit specified in paragraph 1.

  3. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement before its expiry.

  4. The Service Recipient may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement by e-mail or in writing.

  5. The declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement may be sent to the following address:

    1. to the correspondence address: ul. Leśna Góra, no. 1a, room 44, 80-281 Gdańsk;

    2. to the e-mail address: kontakt@twojlepszybiznes.online;

    3. tel. number: +48 730 042 547.

  6. The declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement may also be submitted in another manner, in accordance with applicable law.

  7. The Service Provider is obliged to send the Service Recipient a confirmation of receipt of information on withdrawal from the Agreement to the e-mail address or postal address provided by the Service Recipient, depending on the method of receiving information on withdrawal.

  8. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Service Provider is obliged (no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement) to return to the Service Recipient all payments made by him, subject to paragraph 10.

  9. The payment will be refunded using the same method of payment that was used by the Service Recipient, unless the Service Recipient agrees to another method of refund that does not involve any costs for him.

  10. The Service Provider informs that, pursuant to art. 38 point 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Service Recipient in relation to contracts for the provision of services, if the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Service Recipient, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after the provision has been fulfilled - providing a Consultation or sending the content of the advice, he will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract. The Service Recipient who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights agrees to commence the performance of the contract for the provision of the Consultation Service before the expiry of the 14-day period referred to in art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827, consolidated text Journal of Laws 2020 item 287), which is equivalent to losing the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract

  11. In accordance with Article 35, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Rights Act, a Service Recipient who withdraws from the Agreement before receiving the Service is obliged to pay for the services provided by the Service Provider up to the time of withdrawal from the Agreement. In particular, the Service Recipient should pay the Service Provider a fee for analyzing the case and documents, analyzing literature, preparing the content of the advice. The amount of payment is calculated in proportion to the scope of the service provided, taking into account the amount of the fee incurred by the Service Recipient.

§ 11. Course of the Consultation and activities after the Consultation

  1. Standardowy przebieg Konsultacji wygląda następująco:

    1. przygotowanie zagadnieÅ„ do omówienia;

    2. odbycie Konsultacji – omówienie tematów;

    3. dodatkowe pytania;

    4. omówienie dziaÅ‚aÅ„ na przykÅ‚adach osoby zgÅ‚aszajÄ…cej siÄ™;

    5. zebranie danych/ informacji / notatek / zaleceń / odpowiedzi na pytania;

    6. wysłanie na mail podsumowania Konsultacji np. z notatkami i checklista.

  2. Usługodawca po Konsultacji:

    1. wysyła na maila Usługodawcy notatkę i podsumowanie rozmowy,

    2. proponuje dalsze wsparcie przy uwzględnieniu potrzeb i oczekiwań Usługobiorcy.

§ 12. Agreement on the provision of the Newsletter Service

  1. The Agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service may be concluded by the Service Recipient who:

    1. provided their name and e-mail address in the Newsletter Form;

    2. have consented to the processing of personal data for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter;

    3. have accepted these Regulations;

    4. have confirmed their email address.

  2. Upon confirmation of the e-mail address, an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service is concluded.

  3. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

§ 13. Subject of the Newsletter

  1. The Service Provider undertakes to deliver the Newsletter to the Service Recipient's e-mail address in the form of:

    1. Commercial Information about Services,

    2. news about the latest blog posts and social media profiles,

    3. news from the world of marketing and sales,

    4. case study from marketing and sales,

    5. events from the life of TLB Online sp. z o. o.

§ 14. Withdrawal from the contract for the provision of the Newsletter Service

  1. The Service Recipient may withdraw from the contract for the provision of the Newsletter Service within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The 14-day period is counted from the date of conclusion of the contract.

  3. To meet the deadline specified in paragraph 2, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.

  4. The Service Recipient may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail or in writing.

  5. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract can be sent:

    1. to the correspondence address: ul. Leśna Góra, no. 1a, room 44, 80-281 Gdańsk;

    2. to the e-mail address: kontakt@twojlepszybiznes.online;

    3. tel. number: +48 730 042 547.

  6. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may also be submitted in another manner, in accordance with applicable law.

  7. The Service Provider is obliged to send the Service Recipient a confirmation of receipt of information on withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address or postal address provided by the Service Recipient, depending on the method of receiving information on withdrawal.

  8. The Service Recipient informs that the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of Electronic Services or any other contract concerning the provision of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium does not apply if, before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 2 of this section, the provision of the service has commenced with the express consent of the Service Recipient and after providing information that in such a case the Service Recipient will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

§ 15. Closing the Newsletter Service

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to close the Newsletter Service for the following reasons:

    1. changes in the method of providing Electronic Services due to technical or technological reasons;

    2. changes to the scope of the Electronic Services provided by introducing new, modifying or withdrawing existing functionalities of the Website;

    3. making a business decision resulting in the termination of the Newsletter service;

    4. suspension, liquidation or bankruptcy of the Service Provider's business activity;

    5. changes in generally applicable legal provisions that affect the rights and obligations arising from the concluded Newsletter Service Agreement.

  2. The Service Provider will close the Newsletter Service after informing the Service User about the reasons for the closure within 14 days, to the e-mail address provided by the Service User.

§ 16. Termination of the contract for the provision of the Newsletter Service

  1. Niezależnie od prawa do odstąpienia od Umowy o świadczenie Usługi Newslettera, Usługobiorcy przysługuje prawo do wypowiedzenia umowy ze skutkiem natychmiastowym w każdym czasie.

  2. Oświadczenie o wypowiedzeniu Umowy należy wysłać w formie dokumentowej na e-mail: kontakt@twojlepszybiznes.online .

Wszelkie prawa zastrzeżone

§ 17. Complaints procedure

  1. In the event of problems related to the use of the Electronic Service, the Service Recipient, hereinafter referred to as the "Complainant", may notify the Service Provider about the problems at the e-mail address kontakt@twojlepszybiznes.online.

  2. The complainant may file a complaint if the Service Provider does not provide its services or provides them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.

  3. In order to speed up the complaint process, the complainant should provide:

    1. your data: name and surname/company name/name of legal person/name of organizational unit without legal personality;

    2. type of Service;

    3. description of the subject of the report;

    4. requests or demands related to a submitted complaint;

    5. presentation of the method of handling the complaint and the circumstances justifying the complaint, together with any evidence demonstrating the validity of the complaint claims;

    6. address to which the response to the complaint should be sent.

  4. If the submitted complaint does not meet the conditions specified in paragraph 3 above, the Service Provider, if it considers it necessary for the proper consideration of the complaint, shall call upon the Complainant to supplement it, specifying the deadline, not shorter than 7 days, and the scope of such supplementation, with the instruction that failure to supplement the complaint within the specified deadline will result in the complaint being left unprocessed. After the expiry of the specified deadline, the complaint shall be left unprocessed.

  5. Complaints will be considered within 30 business days from the date of receipt. In particularly difficult cases, requiring additional arrangements, it is possible to extend the response time, about which the Complainant will be informed.

§ 18. Extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims

  1. Reklamujący będący Konsumentem lub Przedsiębiorcą na prawach Konsumenta ma możliwość skorzystania z:

    1. pozasÄ…dowego sposobu rozpatrywania reklamacji i dochodzenia roszczeÅ„ - szczegóÅ‚owe informacje na ten temat znajdujÄ… siÄ™ na stronie internetowej UrzÄ™du Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów pod adresem: http://uokik.gov.pl  w zakÅ‚adce „Rozstrzyganie sporów konsumenckich”;

    2. pozasÄ…dowego dochodzenia roszczeÅ„ w sporach dotyczÄ…cych zobowiÄ…zaÅ„ umownych wynikajÄ…cych z internetowych umów sprzedaży lub umów o Å›wiadczenie usÅ‚ug, korzystajÄ…c z unijnej platformy internetowej ODR, dostÄ™pnej pod adresem: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  2. Konsumentowi przysługuje prawo do złożenia wniosku:

    1. o rozstrzygniÄ™cie sporu do staÅ‚ego polubownego sÄ…du konsumenckiego (szczegóÅ‚owe informacje na stronie: http://www.spsk.wiih.org.pl/);

    2. o pomoc powiatowego (miejskiego) rzecznika konsumentów lub organizacji spoÅ‚ecznej, do której zadaÅ„ statutowych należy ochrona konsumentów.

  3. Niniejsze zapisy mają charakter wyłącznie informacyjny i nie oznaczają wyrażenia przez Usługodawcę zgody na udział w pozasądowych sposobach rozpatrywania reklamacji i dochodzenia roszczeń.

§ 19. Personal data

  1. The Controller of Personal Data processed in connection with the provision of the Services is TLB ONLINE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdańsk.

  2. Detailed information on data processing, the purpose of processing, consent to processing, the legal basis for processing, withdrawal of consent to processing, recipients of personal data, rights of data subjects, data retention period – can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 20. Final provisions

  1. UsÅ‚ugobiorca ma obowiÄ…zek zapoznać siÄ™ z niniejszym Regulaminem przed zamówieniem UsÅ‚ugi.

  2. Regulamin wiąże od chwili jego zaakceptowania.

  3. Niniejszy Regulamin jest przeznaczony do użytku UsÅ‚ugobiorców w zwiÄ…zku z zamówieniem i realizacjÄ… UsÅ‚ug Konsultacyjnych. PosÅ‚użenie siÄ™ Regulaminem przez pozostaÅ‚e podmioty lub do innych celów jest zabronione.

  4. W zakresie nieuregulowanym Regulaminem wiążą postanowienia Polityki Prywatności oraz przepisy prawa polskiego.

  5. Treść otrzymanej przez UsÅ‚ugobiorcÄ™ porady podczas Konsultacji nie powinna być interpretowana, stosowana czy też podawana do wiadomoÅ›ci osób trzecich fragmentarycznie oraz wybiórczo. UsÅ‚ugodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialnoÅ›ci za wykorzystanie treÅ›ci porady w sposób niezgodny z niniejszym zapisem.

  6. UsÅ‚ugodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian w Regulaminie z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególnoÅ›ci ze wzglÄ™du na zmiany powszechnie obowiÄ…zujÄ…cych przepisów prawa, które majÄ… wpÅ‚yw na prawa i obowiÄ…zki wynikajÄ…ce z zawartej pomiÄ™dzy UsÅ‚ugodawcÄ… a UsÅ‚ugobiorcÄ… umowy oraz ze wzglÄ™du na  zmianÄ™ sposobu Å›wiadczenia UsÅ‚ug Konsultacyjnych

  7. Zmiany dokonane w Regulaminie wiążą UsÅ‚ugobiorców pod warunkiem, że mogli siÄ™ z nimi zapoznać. Zmiany wchodzÄ… w życie w ciÄ…gu7 (siedmiu) dni roboczych od dnia ich opublikowania na Stronie.

  8. Usługobiorcy mogą uzyskać dostęp do niniejszego Regulaminu w każdym czasie za pośrednictwem Strony oraz pobrać go i sporządzić jego wydruk, jednak komercyjne wykorzystanie Regulaminu podlega ochronie prawnej.

  9. Niniejszy Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 18.03.2022 r. i obowiązuje do dnia zmiany bądź uchylenia.

The owner of all material copyrights to the copy of the template of these Regulations is the Service Provider TLB Online sp. z oo, which on 18.03.2022 granted TLB Online sp. z oo the non-exclusive and inalienable right to use these Regulations for purposes related to conducting service activities on the Internet. The Regulations were created based on the legal status in force on 18.03.2022 in accordance with the principles of legislative technique. Copying and distributing the template of the Regulations without the consent of the Owner is prohibited and may be subject to both criminal and civil liability.
